An hour with Mr. Newberry

Hello everyone,

Our morning started off with a bang as Mr.Newberry ,the Director of Education Technology came over. He read, "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore" to the class.

I'm not sure if you have watched  this short animated film but it comes to life with the help of this amazing digital book app created by Moonbot Studios. 

The story is about the adventures of Mr. Morris Lessmore and his rediscovery of the magical world of books.

The book features astounding interactivity and it takes storytelling to a new level by engaging the readers through its interactive pages.

I like Mr. Newberry because he's handsome and creative. - Serenity

I really like the idea of playing Minecraft in the class. - Hailey

Thank you Mr. Newberry for helping me to fly all the way up.I like him because he is really funny. He thought the police were going to get him.  - Conor

We got to learn about the book. It was hilarious to see the people and things flying around. I think I  am better than Mr. Newberry when it comes to Minecraft.
